Oooguruk Measurement Technical Review

The Letton-Hall Group was asked to devise a measurement technical review program, and then to conduct the review at the coastal and offshore facilities of the Oooguruk field on the Alaska North Slope. The review covered non-custody transfer and custody transfer metering of gas, water, and produced oil. The well test and oil custody transfer measurements use multiphase flow meters.
