The Letton-Hall Group was asked to recommend how the production from this collection of ultra-deepwater fields (Tobago field holds World water depth record for production) should be measured, considering that the lifetime of Perdido could be up to 30 years, and that numerous other fields in the area were likely to be tied back through the Perdido Regional Host production spar.
