The State of Alaska required an operator to provide an operating manual covering all flow measurement devices used at their onshore and offshore production facitlities at Oliktok Point, North Slope, Alaska. The Letton-Hall Group was asked to write the measurement manual, which covers operating procedures for about 12 different meter types, including multiphase meters, single phase gas and liquid meters, flare meters and a LACT station.
