Marlin and Nakika Measurement and Allocation Assessment

As the pre-eminent producer in the Gulf of Mexico, BP undertook an assessment of the quality of measurement and allocation on all of their major production hubs there. Marlin and Nakika were the first two chosen, and the Letton-Hall Group was selected to perform the work.
