Associated gas produced from operations offshore Angola is, by agreement with the operators, the property of Angola. The operators were asked to define how measurement and allocation of the gas was to be done, which resulted in a study by the Letton-Hall Group with recommendations in the form of a Gas Measurement and Allocation Philosophy Report.
