Slavko has proven leadership, managerial and technical skills in reservoir and production engineering, reservoir management, reservoir simulation, production optimization, production measurement and allocation, multiphase metering, well testing, project economic modeling, project management, and field operations. He has work experience within the upstream service industry and with independent and major oil companies that extends worldwide in multicultural environments. He has managed well logging operations, designed and executed well tests and fracking operations, engineered flow assurance and artificial lift solutions, and performed a variety of production and reservoir engineering analyses. As an operator, he’s been responsible for project management, subsea developments, budgeting, and new technology. Slavko is actively involved in industry affairs. He has served on various professional boards, and has authored a number of important technical papers in the fields of reservoir and production engineering, production optimization, and production measurement.
Slavko’s career started with a small service company doing well completion design and gravel pack and well services operations in Texas. He then spent three years with Roxar performing well testing, metering, and allocation operations onshore and offshore, where he gained extensive worldwide experience in multiphase metering. During that time he worked for numerous operators, including BP, Shell, Total, Chevron, etc. He switched to the operator’s role at Noble Energy where he performed in-house subsurface reservoir modeling and production optimization for their Gulf of Mexico deep water fields and other fields internationally. In 2009 Slavko joined ExxonMobil, where he worked in technical and leadership roles on several projects. He was Reservoir General Manager for North Caspian Operating Company on the Kashagan field, which is one of the most expensive and technically challenging reservoir developments in history. Subsequently, he supervised worldwide unconventional developments and conventional developments for the Americas region, where several of his’ teams’ projects were selected for acquisitions. At the Sakhalin 1 development he supervised reservoir studies and other reservoir engineering activities, and managed development drilling, working with government agencies and partners. In his most recent role, Slavko served as ExxonMobil’s global operations production optimization specialist. Slavko joined the Letton Hall Group in 2017 as Chief Operations Officer and a lead consultant in reservoir and production engineering.
Slavko enjoys spending time with family and friends. He loves traveling, and enjoys many outdoor activities and social events. In his spare time he enjoys jogging, exercising and reading. He is an instrument rated private pilot, loves flying and dreaming about flying his jet.
