Zeeshan has developed a strong base of expertise in the areas of production optimization, nodal analysis, wellbore modeling, reservoir fluid modeling, and artificial lift design and operations. He has experience performing process modeling using Aspen Plus and Unisim. Presently, Zeeshan works on a variety of projects analyzing petroleum production data through process modeling, hydrocarbon fluid modeling, multiphase flow modeling, data validation and reconciliation, and other tools to perform field, well, and zonal allocations, production optimization, and facility performance evaluation.
Zeeshan completed a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai, India, where he also worked as a research assistant testing industrial effluents for Chemical Oxygen Demand reduction. He earned his master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and completed a master’s project evaluating the potential for the underground coal gasification of Alaska’s vast coal reserves. Upon graduating, Zeeshan began working under the tutelage of Dr. Phillip Moseley at P.E. Moseley & Associates Inc., where he worked on their flagship Well Evaluation Model (WEM) production optimization program and other software. At PE Moseley, he was involved in training, mentoring and assisting client engineers across a broad range of production problems and optimizations.
Zeeshan is a food enthusiast and likes to explore the diverse food scene in the Houston area. He loves the outdoors and enjoys spending time with friends. He is a soccer fan and an ardent supporter of the Liverpool football club.
